1.0 COMMUNITY AFFAIRS, SAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT, AND SECURITY(CASHES) POLICY

We believe that CASHES performance is an integral part of efficient and profitable business management. We will therefore be guided by the following principles:

  • CASHES management is our responsibility
  • Everybody is responsible for CASHES
  • No activity shall be carried out unless considered safe
  • Safeguard the health and safety of all employees and third parties
  • Maintain good relationship with our communities
  • Strive to enhance security of life and equipment
  • We believe that every delivery can be done safely

2.0 ALCOHOL AND DRUG POLICY

It is termination offence for any of our employees to be under the influence of alcohol or in the possession of, or under the influence of any non prescribed drug or other illegal or controlled substances such as cocaine, amphetamine, marijuana, heroin, hashish, e.t.c while working or carrying out any job assigned to him by the company.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is not only injurious to health but also a potential safety hazard, smoking in public places does not reflect healthy habbits considering the nature of our product. It is therefore termination offence if any staff is found smoking during official hours.

SEAT BELT POLICY

In order to minimize road transport accidents(RTA) and in keeping with the company's journey management procedure. It is binding on all employees of DEBENUWA INTEGRATED GLOBAL LIMITED to make use of his or her seat belts when in transit.
